Services Not Included

1. International Flights:

Flights to and from Nepal are not included in the trip package. Guests are responsible for booking their own international flights to and from Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu).

2. Visa Fees:

The cost of a Nepali visa is not included. Visa fees must be paid upon arrival at the airport or in advance through the Nepali Embassy.

3. Personal Expenses:

Any personal expenses such as snacks, beverages (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), laundry, souvenirs, and other personal items are not included in the tour price.

4. Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance (including trip cancellation, medical, and evacuation coverage) is not included. It is highly recommended that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of their trip.

5. Optional Activities:

Any optional activities not listed in the itinerary (e.g., paragliding, additional sightseeing, extra tours, etc.) are not included in the tour price.

6. Gratuities:

Tips and gratuities for guides, drivers, and hotel staff are not included. It is customary to provide a tip for excellent service, but it is entirely voluntary.

7. Beverages:

Drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, during meals and activities are not included unless specified otherwise in the itinerary.

8. Meals Outside the Itinerary:

Meals not specifically mentioned in the itinerary (e.g., lunches and dinners in free time) are not included.

9. Extra Charges for Early Check-in or Late Check-out:

Additional charges for early check-in or late check-out at hotels are not covered.

10. Additional Costs for Health or Emergency Services:

Any medical expenses or emergency evacuation (if required) during the tour are not included. It is advisable to have personal health insurance for medical emergencies.

11. Personal Trekking Gear:

Trekking gear such as shoes, jackets, and personal clothing are not provided as part of the package. Clients need to arrange these items on their own.

12. Alcoholic Beverages:

Any alcoholic drinks (beer, wine, spirits) during the trip are not included in the cost.

13. Phone Calls & Wi-Fi Charges:

Charges for phone calls or Wi-Fi (if available) at hotels, guesthouses, or during activities are not included.
