Overview

Phaplu Everest Base Camp is popular for its Sherpa villages, monasteries and culture, fabulous sceneries and social life of Sherpa villages are another attraction of this region. Phaplu Everest Gokyo is breathtaking and requires a good walking experience and a good physical health condition. We follow the “milk river” north through terraced hillsides and small villages to join the main Everest trail below Lukla.

The route passes through Lush valleys with abundant flora and fauna, spectacular forests of blooming rhododendron in March April, blue pine and fir. Past friendly Sherpa villages and Buddhist monasteries through the famous Sherpa village of Namche Bazaar , Tengboche Buddhist Monastery, Khunde Khumjung. and far above the tree line towards the earth’s highest mountains. on our walking we will be rewarded with breath taking views of Everest 8848m, Cho Oyu 8152m, Lhotse 8516m, Thamserku (6506m), Makalu 8463m and Ama Dablam 6456m, Kantega and may more mountains.
